- The work culture is very satisfying and allows for managing work-life balance.
- Overall management is very generous towards employees.
- There is no doubt about job security, though contingent workers can feel secured on the job.
I feel onsite opportunities are less, and I also see no long-term opportunities (at least 1 to 2 years). Again, it depends upon the team in which we are working.

Software Engineer
Phone interview asking personality, goals, and work history-related questions, followed by a site visit with one panel and four individual meetings with an assortment of departments beyond software. The atmosphere in the interview was fairly informal
Hardware Engineer
Started with a 40-minute presentation and 20-minute Q&A. Met with 5 managers from different departments and 4 senior engineers. I was asked professional questions and also encouraged to ask questions. Overall, the experience was very good.
Applications Engineer
Group dynamic with 5 other candidates. If you pass, you go to a professional interview at headquarters. If you pass that, you have another interview with the manager. Finally, the last one you have to go through is with HR.
