First was a group dynamic, then an interview with the recruiting manager, with the team manager, and then an interview with HR. There were more personal questions. The final stage, they asked for recommenders (at least 2).

Interviews were very friendly and supportive, which made a fresher feel very comfortable and confident. At first, they allowed me to settle in well and relax, and only then did they get into interviewing me.
