Plenty of overtime hours available.
Workers allowed to come in when testing positive for COVID-19. The use of alcohol and illegal drugs by technicians in the clean room. Physical and verbal assaults are a common occurrence. It is currently an unsafe work environment with no leadership.
Invest in personal and cultural growth.
