Pros

Work-life balance.

Technology-driven company.

Lots of things to learn.

Lots of events to take part in, like Innovation mob, design events, and hackathons.

Open-door policy; you can reach out to anyone.

A semiconductor domain is in itself a boon for a career.

Well-maintained processes for everything, like CAD, PLM, leave management, and ECRs.

Cons

Mid-level management needs some improvement in managerial skills.

Objectives and goals for the year are not properly monitored.

Saturated company, so there are less chances of growth.

Advice to Management

Periodically monitor and set quantitative goals and objectives.

There is a lot of resentment between mid-level management and employees; work towards resolving it. (4 teams out of 5 I knew had this problem).

Instead of taking surveys, talk to people and take specific action according to different teams, as they have different needs.
