Hands-on experience with real engineering projects
Supportive and knowledgeable mentors
Great work environment and team collaboration
Opportunities to learn new design and analysis tools
Flexible work schedule and work-life balance
Limited exposure to cross-department projects. Some tasks were repetitive at times. Could benefit from more structured training sessions.
I was interviewed on-site by a panel of three people from the group to which I had applied. They asked me personality questions, such as how I worked in a team, and some questions about my previous technical projects and how I dealt with setbacks or
I had a 45-minute phone screening, followed by an online two-person interview with a mid-level and principal engineer. Next steps would be an in-person interview at their Gloucester facility.
Scheduled a call and had a reasonable length interview, mostly about typical mechanical engineering concepts in physics and mechanics. The interview seemed fine, but there was no communication after the initial interview.
