Poor to awful senior management. They have no respect for any employee lower than a VP, of which we have boatloads. There are an average of 1.3 layoffs per year, with more to come in the near future. Senior management is relocating development and manufacturing to Asia and firing the US-based workforce. Etc. etc.
Think a bit farther down the road than the close of the stock market tomorrow afternoon.
