Pros

The benefits are good, the people are really nice, and the work is interesting.

Cons

Very slow career progression. A lot of managers are working managers, meaning they are mostly individual contributors but then also manage. This means management always falls to the wayside.

Leadership decisions do not always make sense and are not well explained. Additionally, after 4 years of remote work with continuous record quarters, they are implementing a full return to office (RTO) without any real explanation or consideration for hybrid exceptions.
