- Acquired lots of high-profile logos.
- Internal politics poison the atmosphere.
- Lots of backstabbing and passive aggressive behavior.
- Management is incompetent, playing the leader shell game quite often.
- The approach to product deployment is similar to MacArthur in WWII: throw bodies at it and then throw more, leading to high turnover and burnout.
- A maniacal sales focus leads to customer retention issues.
Any advice would be wasted, as they are a major part of the problem.
