The only pro is that the work pressure is less.
The worst part is that when interns and freshers join, they are forced to rate the company as 5 stars on Glassdoor. This is pathetic. So, do not go by the ratings.
Worst HRs. No job levels, leading to lesser growth opportunities. No perks besides the base salary, which is also very low compared to the market. No annual hikes yet. Freshers are earning more than you, which is demotivating.
- Please have good HRs.
- Give annual hikes on time.
- Have consultations with employees on career growth.
- Gave some perks to employees.
