I was invited to CodeSignal and passed the assessment, moving on to the first-round tech screen. However, they canceled my interview (and many others') after allowing us to schedule.
This is disappointing because they specifically recommended that we wait until after the interview prep Zoom to interview. Unfortunately, everyone who scheduled an interview after that point had their interview canceled.

Pros: - Outstanding compensation
- Support of other engineers (personal mentor)
- Friendly culture, chill atmosphere
- Free food
- Great hardware equipment
- Nice office located in the city center
Cons: I did not fully understand the hiring process selection. I was rejected for another location first, but fortunately, after asking about Warsaw, I was accepted.
Long onboarding: Took over a quarter of the internship (a lot of things to learn, internal frameworks). On the other hand, the bootcamp project helped me with technologies I had not used before, and people put a lot of effort into helping new hires. Included a bit of boring corporate training.

Pros: Great culture. They care a lot about the interns. Lots of flexibility to work on what you want to work on.
Cons: A lot of independence, but it could sometimes be too much slack. I didn't always feel a ton of pressure.
