Process

The interview process included a coding assignment, which took roughly two hours, followed by a phone screen with the recruiter and a phone screen with the manager.

Make sure you can support the decisions behind why you wrote every piece of CSS/JS the way you did.

Lastly, there was the onsite interview. Each part felt a little too long, with many easy HTML/CSS/JS questions and a one-hour coding challenge.

Recruiters and everyone at Asana were nice and helpful.
