Process
The first stage is the HR phone screen. The second stage is a formal interview, which has four consecutive sessions. You will meet with two managers at a time (six managers in total) and an HR. Managers will ask you to introduce yourself. HR will ask some behavioral questions.

- Lots of things to learn in a short amount of time
Cons: You have to be lucky to be in a good project to be recognized.
Not all managers are capable of fighting for you or making changes happen. This makes it, at times, demotivating, even if you bring structural issues in visibility.
The appraisal system sucks.
