Process
It all started with a phone screening. Afterwards, there was a Skype call with the group leader. The content was not so technical; it was more like a discussion and Q&A session for both parties. The last step was onsite meetings: one with the team lead for technical and personal questions, and a second one with HR about the conditions, etc. The process was smooth overall, and the communication is really positive.
