Process
Talked for a while with a "little weird" guy with gel in his hair. He immediately told me I would not fit in his team because, despite having lived for six years in the Netherlands, I looked way too American and not Dutch at all (I am Ukrainian). He suggested I end the interview. The overall duration of the interview was 10 minutes. Oh yeah, and he was eating his sandwich during the interview.
