Process
I had an interview with the hiring manager and team leader. I think it went well.
But I could not take any feedback for 6 weeks, although I sent 2-3 emails to the recruiter. They did not say anything.
After 6 weeks, they just closed the status of the application on their career website. They did not reply to my emails.
They have to know our time is valuable, as well as their time. All candidates deserve some feedback related to the interview, at least.
