First interview, by Skype. Two interviewers asking general questions. Easy.
Second interview, onsite. They asked me to take a personality test before coming onsite. The interview was more of an investigation than a software engineering interview. I felt so distanced from the team. The interviewers don't have any communication skills; they are arrogant and sometimes just stupid. They asked a bit about my previous projects and role and never got into details about how I implemented stuff, what my mentality is, what programming approaches I took, development approaches, software components, or architecture. They're just dull.
The experience is very negative.
