This was a campus recruitment. I had an interview with the manager and an engineer on campus. A month later, they took me onsite for the second round.
I had to talk to about 7 people on the interview day separately. My voice was gone by the end of the day.
I went over my background and experience for about 20 minutes, and then they asked me technical questions about reliability, such as the bathtub curve, MTTF, HALT/HASS, etc.
They kept me in limbo for 4 months and then said they were not going to hire me!
