Pros: The work culture and the work-life balance are really great here.
Cons: But if you are a software engineer and are looking to learn, challenge, or explore, this is not the place. Most of the software is written in an archaic style with little to no innovation. The innovation almost always happens on the mechanical/physics side, and the software team is just seen as people to support whatever requirements are given to them.
