Process
The process is as follows if you are in the Netherlands.
First, they will call you for a number of interviews. If all goes well, they will call you for another interview.
I applied online and was called for an initial interview. Before that first interview, I had 3 one-on-one conversations: with Human Resources, with the Team Leader, and with the Design Engineer.
The general interview experience was good.
