I will say the interview process lacks human interaction. The recruiting HR never responded to any of my mail. After 15 days of the first round, they rejected me without any explanation, even though the interview went well. No feedback, nothing. Just
Applied under my own name, but was not invited. Afterwards, under a Dutch name, I was invited with the same CV, with only layout adjustments. I even received an offer afterwards, but I declined it. I didn't want to confront them with it either. F
A video interview was sent out, with basic behavioral questions followed by a single technical + behavioral interview round. Technical questions are mostly based on the resume. You should have in-depth knowledge about the stuff mentioned on the resum
