First, a phone screening of basic C questions. Then, a face-to-face interview with three engineers. This interview included C questions, resume-based questions, and real-time problems. Mostly, it was questions about previous projects.

I had a phone interview with these guys. The questions were mostly technical, apart from a few behavioral questions like "What do you expect from this job?" etc.

Applied online to a recruiter site. General C++ plus question. The interviewer had a heavy European accent. For every answer I gave, he said "good answer." It was a 20-minute interview; I guess he was just doing it for the sake of it.
