I applied for an internal transfer. After my resume and cover letter were reviewed, I had four two-hour interviews with four different team leaders. They asked general questions regarding my working experience.

Interviewed for quality. Hiring manager was not competent. Felt like he knows company-related topics but lacks experience and has a limited idea about global quality practices, as he has only worked in this industry.

Video call interview was conducted, but no news ever since. Even sent a follow-up email, but no reply. Disappointed, as proper notice should be given instead of silent treatment.
