Pros

Single most important company in the litho business. Highly innovative, great business, virtually no competition.

Cons

Life and balance have never been good and are getting worse.

There is no proper oversight for Wilton management; they are enjoying too much autonomy.

It is apparently clear VHV headquarters does not place proper control on Wilton management. For example, they hire and fire managers at will.

Career mobility is very limited due to its size. Once you get out of the inner circle, there is no way to recover.

Advice to Management

Wilton leadership enjoys too much autonomy. There should be a check and balance on what they decide.
