Nice people, confusing way of working
People are nice, and events are great.
Engineers often are doing administrative tasks. We seem to be always trying to find the person who might know about a way of doing something, instead of being referred to a work instruction document. Poor HR support.
Focus on structurally improving the business instead of always working in firefighting mode.
