  • Minimal opportunity for advancement.
  • Favoritism is apparent.
  • Loyalty within departments is absent.
  • Due to the structure of raises and promotions, team members often work in competition mode rather than accomplishing a common goal.
Advice to Management

Focus on the individual strengths of your employees and guide them in the right direction to excel.

Do not keep your employees from making career changes within the company.
