The pay and benefits are really good here. It's a great starting point if you're fresh out of college.
Some of the people who work here, especially in HR and management, are terrible to work with. They're incredibly close-minded and don't practice a collaborative mindset (which they preach).
I also have terrible work-life balance being here. But the pay is good, so it's good enough for now.
