Great Culture, Tough Work/Life Balance
The people I have met here are all great and compassionate people.
I feel cared for by my team and the company.
You get a good amount of vacation days (14) and sick days (10).
You don't have to take sick days or vacation days to go to a doctor or anything.
You're never bored while working.
You can work from home.
There is a lot of work, and it makes it tough to balance with home life.
Pay could be more competitive.
Work harder to keep people who have been with the company for a while, rather than just trying to recruit new employees.
