They seem to care about the employees and have some perks. Salary is OK-ish. Holidays are great.
The housing situation is impossible, with many people spending more than 50% of their net salary just on rent. The work-from-home policy also does not allow you to work far away from the office, unfortunately. HR provides very little support in this regard.
Management needs to make an urgent plan with regards to housing. Older/higher paid employees are causing younger employees to not be able to find housing.
