Great company brand, world-leading HW design, very low SW technical challenge, and just fine work-life balance.
There is too much politics everywhere within the SW org, and not much collaboration across the relative teams. There's also a lack of motivation and no incentive for SW innovation. We just maintain decades-old software code bases and infrastructures to keep the machine running just fine. The trend is to contract out most, if not all, of the software work.
