The biggest problem is their mid-level management. They have created their ears in the form of SMs and POs. The managers only believe what their so-called ears make them believe. This is a place you're never gonna like because management here never shows faith in their employees.
Management always pushes people into some kind of race, and mistakes are not forgiven. People try to avoid getting blamed rather than accepting mistakes.
At some point, one realizes that "learning by mistake" is not the way to survive here, rather "avoiding the mistake" is.
The very first thing that never lets one love the organization is their miserly attitude. They show off their sales records and high profits every year, but when it comes to giving facilities to employees, they don't want to spend on things that will make employees' tasks easier and faster. In short, taking care of employees is nowhere in their minds. The only care comes when it might affect the productivity of an employee.
I have not seen any company of such a scale that can't even afford paying for the quarterly or annual dinner of the teams.
My advice would be to avoid joining there if you are looking for a place where you can grow with peace of mind. Surely join if you want to jump into the race of blame and overshadowing others.
