First, a phone interview. Then, a two-section interview: one with department managers, and another with team members. As usual, they will ask about your experience and give you a programming test.

Initially, a technical telephonic round was followed by an on-site interview (Face to Face). There were three rounds of technical interviews, which lasted for 3 hours. Each person conducted a 1-hour interview, and there were 3 interview rounds.

There were 2 personal online interviews. One with the team and another with 2 managers. The entire procedure took nearly 4.5 months. No offer was made in the end. Very tedious and frustrating to see that this team showed such a lack of productivity
