ASML offers a good income, a lot of holidays, and a very good work-life balance. You are never expected to overwork.
Bureaucracy! Being a SW in ASML is more about asking for grants, filling reports, and running terminal commands than about developing.
The inclusion of an AI bot, I think, would be very beneficial.
