Big company with lots of growing options for the developer, but logically lacking freedom in writing code
Huge company where you could grow in all directions, from software tester to product architect to project lead. The company has a good reputation, and you are really working on hi-tech machines.
Since the company has 12,000 developers, developing code can be somewhat slow. Everything needs documentation, and most software projects don't give you the chance to develop something from the ground up.
