Very collaborative environment, and I work with a multicultural team to achieve goals. It's a very challenging and dynamic environment, with always good work to do.
Training can be a little disorienting at times. A lot of people make too many assumptions on what you already know. Communication can be lacking in many departments. There's a big disconnect between management and people working in the field.
Cost cutting removed a lot of previous benefits everyone enjoyed, like equal profit sharing to all employees.
Make more efforts to visit with engineers in the fab to understand what is going on in the field.
