Process
Three interviews were conducted:
- One with the team leader and activity leader (Scrum Master).
- A second with the head of the department.
- The last with HR.
During the first interview, they had a prepared, double-sided white paper with all the questions to be asked. The next interview was more general, asking questions like, "What if you disagree with your boss?" The last interview focused on personality with HR, asking what free coaching, outside of your job description, you would take.
