Process

I got this interview through a recruiter.

The interviewer called and scheduled an interview by phone for next week.

On the interview day, he asked me to open a link he shared on his screen, and I should explain what the code on the screen should do.

After a week of waiting, they said that I didn't pass.

Questions

First, recognize Factorial code recursively. (Easy)

First, recognize Fibonacci sequence code recursively. (Easy)

Some kind of pseudo-sorting of an array of integers. I'm stuck because it didn't look like sorting. The code was written in a horrible way. I think I should just traverse the code step by step to understand what it is. It was some trollface code.
