There was no interview with AT&T. They bought Alltel, and when they came in, they changed my responsibilities.
I went from a Training Analyst to Sr. Training Manager/Instructor.
After a short period of time in the Training Manager position, I was able to apply for and get my Training Analyst position back, re-titled as Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst.

Pros: AT&T is a big company, so there are many career paths to choose from.
Also, there are a lot of available discounts on wireless and wireline products and services.
Cons: You may have to be willing to relocate in order to find the job you want.

Pros: Sadly, I don't really have anything positive to say regarding my year and a half of working at AT&T Wireless. I worked with some good people and made some great contacts for future networking.
Cons: Management is out of touch with the workers in the trenches and is more concerned with the bottom line and outsourcing the work to a "cheaper workforce." They need to understand that the people who work there are professional adults and do not need to be ridden and ruled over like they are small children.

Cons: Lots of call-outs. Many unpaid hours. Unrealistic expectations on builds. Horrible contractors.
