Pros

Sadly, I don't really have anything positive to say regarding my year and a half of working at AT&T Wireless. I worked with some good people and made some great contacts for future networking.

Cons

Management is out of touch with the workers in the trenches and is more concerned with the bottom line and outsourcing the work to a "cheaper workforce." They need to understand that the people who work there are professional adults and do not need to be ridden and ruled over like they are small children.

Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees more and stop taking them for granted. You could have a better and more loyal workforce if it wasn't such an oppressive and totalitarian place to work.
