Screening call from a non-tech person to verify I had minimum job requirements, followed by an in-person interview. The interview was Q&A, followed by a whiteboard scenario.

I didn't like the format of the in-person interview. It was a quick-fire set of questions trying to trip me up, not at all like other interviews I've had. I get they want to test potential employees, but there are nicer ways of doing it.
