Pros

Great benefits, good pay, and many good managers. However, depending on your role will impact your view. For example, call centers are very structured. Outside sales management roles are not as structured; however, the tradeoff is having major responsibility in meeting sales goals.

Cons

Constant internal restructuring of company organizations impacts the sales & support ecosystem and filters into affecting the customer base. Restructuring applies with and without the downsizing of headcount.

Advice to Management

Stop restructuring so often. Improve back-end processes, most preferably in local regions to sales environments, prior to increasing quota targets. Reuse sales talent for support. Invest more in your employees, and it will trickle down to the customer base.
