Pros

The people (workers/middle management) are top-notch – some of the best in the business. The company is very focused on catering to its targeted demographic customers. This company is always on the leading edge of technology.

Cons

You are told the benefits are competitive, but you can find much better options at other companies.

If your pay is above the target for your position, good luck getting any kind of raise regardless of performance.

Performance reviews are a joke, as the overwhelming majority of people are going to get the "average" rating regardless of your actual performance. Managers have very little control over the ratings they assign.

There is a lot of lip service given to work/life balance, but all that matters here is the bottom line.

Advice to Management

Surplusing experienced employees with no regard to their actual performance or benefit to the business is going to hurt your company's performance. People are more than a salary and a job description, but that is all you are to AT&T. Also, diversity & inclusion means everyone, not just those groups that make a lot of social noise.
