You are told the benefits are competitive, but you can find much better options at other companies.
If your pay is above the target for your position, good luck getting any kind of raise regardless of performance.
Performance reviews are a joke, as the overwhelming majority of people are going to get the "average" rating regardless of your actual performance. Managers have very little control over the ratings they assign.
