Toxic Culture, Decent Coworkers
Pay was good, and some coworkers were decent people.
Incredibly toxic culture. Hateful, spiteful, cruel, shaming, and disrespectful from the top down. It actually caused people to have health issues from stress.
Get rid of the old-school managers who lead with threats and intimidation, who steal credit for good ideas, and who shift blame to others for their failures.
