Salary is good, and benefits are ok. There is a pension plan. Some flexibility in work-life balance exists, but that depends on the organization.
All stick, no carrot. No growth. Business is not expanding, and AT&T is not investing. No dynamics or entrepreneurship is encouraged. "Follow the process."
New blood in leadership. All are lifers with more than 20 years at AT&T.
