Pros

Significant discounts on AT&T services.

If you make it high enough up the pay chain, you start getting significant pay compensation in the form of stock payouts and deferred stock purchase plans.

Cons

Forcing users to work in-office or hybrid, a significant backtracking from remote opportunities.

AT&T is collapsing its footprint to specific job markets, cutting itself off from talent available in core IT cities and sectors in the name of being part of "big tech" (Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc).

The company is way overleveraged on debt, and its recourse is to surplus employees instead of working on retiring legacy tech.

Advice to Management

Listen to the business experts who have told you, repeatedly, what your problem is and what isn't working.
