Pros
  • You have the option to work on multiple projects across the company.
  • Easy to change roles.
  • Great chance to network with a lot of people.
  • Great work-life balance.
  • PTO is not accrued; you can spend as much as you want from the start.
  • Tuition reimbursement for Udacity, master's degrees, etc.
  • You certainly don't earn as much as in other well-renowned tech companies, but if you want a 20-30 hour work week and still get paid decently, this is it.
Cons

Expect to be treated as a number, as it is a huge company after all. I will point out that even though the culture is great, management tends to reward those who are more vocal and speak out more, rather than those who actually do some good work. Unfortunately, I saw this firsthand.
