Pay is below average. The company sends email after email about how great they are doing and barely gives anything for a raise. Benefits are continuing to get worse, with the highest deductibles I've ever seen.
Stop being greedy with raises. Profit is going up year over year, and we get pathetic raises that don't even cover cost of living increases. Stop raising costs on benefits.
