Work is extremely challenging, and the environment is very, very stressful. There is essentially no training whatsoever for this particular role. This role is responsible for large amounts of money, and the training guidance is lackluster. Layoffs are apparently going to be frequent in 2023.
Longer periods of shadowing other engineers before being set out on your own.

Everything was perfect. I got a lot of questions regarding automation, AWS, Kubernetes, programming languages, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible. They also asked about the project where I worked, how many I had, and where I see myself in 5 years.
