Some of the work is fascinating, some less so, but all of it (that is technical) is great.
This is a big company with endless layers of "leadership" (managers call themselves "leaders" here).
I do not understand how people that have no understanding of what we do or why we do it are managing. Also, there is like a 5:1 ratio of managers to workers.
Reduce layers of "leadership" and reduce the endless bureaucracy.

The interview was great. Everyone was super friendly and willing to help. It wasn't too hard. There was an HR call, then a technical interview, then a talk with the Manager, for a total of three rounds. They have 4 total locations you interview for.
In-person interview, three interviewers together ask you a question. One for AI, one for coding, and one for telecommunication. They will ask questions based on your background and some behavioral questions. It will hold for about 1 hour.
