A good company to work for
Great work/life balance. Ability to own your own products/projects. Great for a self-starter attitude.
Bureaucratic - small duties/change implementations take a long time - almost everything needs to get kicked all the way up to VP level for approval.
Not much direction from Senior Mgmt - might be frustrating for those who are not self-starters.
Large company - need to teach yourself to find your way around to get things done.
