Awesome company to work for.
There are no cons to working for AT&T.
It was pretty chill. I had a HackerRank with three easy questions, one of which was an OOP question. You were given 24 hours to finish. Then there was a technical round that included a debugging problem, a review of the OOP question from HackerRank,
One behavioral phone screening interview, then a technical interview afterwards with some behavioral ones as well. Such as how do I respond to a challenging situation. They also asked me the "tell me about yourself" question.
Just asked questions like "Introduce yourself" and their typical interview questions. Also asked things like what location you prefer, etc. Also asked what languages you are comfortable with, what are your strengths, etc.
